We support internet transfers via e-mail. Use WinZip on Windows, or Aladdin Stuffit on Macintosh to compress your files and e-mail them to us at sales@nycc.com. Winzip and Stuffit can be obtained from www.download.com. We do not accept email attachments over 10MB in size.
We also support file tranfer via anonymous ftp. If your internet service provider does not allow you to send large files by email, or if you have to send a large file (over 10 megabytes), you you should anonymous ftp because it is more reliable. Use your favorite ftp client to connect to the following address:

Directory: /pub/uploads
If you need help with ftp, please do not hesitate to call us, and we will walk you through the process.
NOTE
- You can only upload files, not folders. If you have several files, arrange them in one folder (and subfolders if necessary). Then compress the folder using an archiving program such as WinZip or Stuffit. Do not compress individual files. You must include a text file in the archive with the following information:
- Your name and contact information (for billing purposes).
- List of files you want us to print.
- Any special instructions for printing and finishing (if needed).
- You can only upload your files to the folder /pub/uploads. This folder will appear to be empty, because you are not allowed to list its contents. You should watch your ftp program's progress indicator to make sure your upload has finished successfully.
- After you have finished uploading, please send an e-mail to sales@nycc.com or call us at 212-673-5628, to inform us of the files you have just uploaded.
- Windows Users: If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or newer, you can connect via ftp directly in Internet Explorer. Simply type in the URL ftp://nycc.com/pub/uploads or click here in Internet Explorer and drag and drop your file into the Internet Explorer window.
- Mac OS 9 Users: Click on the Apple Menu and select Network Browser. Once you are in Network Browser, click on the Disc icon, select Connect to Server… and type in the url: ftp://nycc.com/pub/uploads. A server icon representing the ftp site will appear on your desktop. Drag your files into it. Once the transfer is concluded, drag the server icon to to the trash can to disconnect.
- Mac OS X Users: You cannot use the built in Go>Connect to Server… command, because it will only allow you to download, you cannot upload. Instead, click here to download a free, easy to use graphical ftp client for OS X.
